Terms of Service – MiMo Wigs Ltd :

These Terms of Service incorporate and should be read together with our Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all such policies

Shipping & Delivery Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out in our Shipping Policy, including all DHL Terms and Conditions.

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs charges
  • Refusal to pay such charges may result in the shipment being returned, held, or destroyed
  • All costs arising from refusal, failed delivery, or customs issues may be deducted from any refund or remain payable by you

Title and risk in goods pass to you upon dispatch.

This website is operated by MiMo Wigs Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, together with our Refund & Returns Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell our products to you.


1. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence
  • you will not use our products or services for any unlawful purpose
  • you will not transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

We reserve the right to refuse service or suspend or terminate accounts where these Terms are breached, including in cases of abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour toward staff.


2. Orders & Contract Formation

All orders are subject to acceptance by MiMo Wigs Ltd.

An order is only accepted when it is dispatched. Any order confirmation email is acknowledgment of receipt only and does not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order prior to dispatch at our discretion, including where fraud, suspected fraud, or unauthorised activity is identified.

You are responsible for reviewing all product information prior to purchase, including:

  • cap construction
  • fibre type
  • colour details


3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • colours may vary due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and fibre differences
  • all products are subject to availability
  • we reserve the right to limit quantities, withdraw products, or discontinue lines at any time

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.


4. Pricing & Currency

  • All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise selected
  • Currency conversions are handled by third-party providers and may fluctuate
  • Refunds are issued in the original payment currency

We are not responsible for exchange rate differences, bank charges, or third-party processing fees.


5. International Orders & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:

  • You (the buyer) are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, clearance charges, and any related administrative costs
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated

If import charges are not paid:

  • the shipment may be returned, held, delayed, or destroyed by the courier or customs authority
  • we may deduct any direct costs reasonably incurred (including shipping, duties, storage, handling, return charges, and administrative costs) from any refund where applicable
  • where such costs exceed the order value, you remain legally responsible for the outstanding balance


6. Delivery & Courier Terms (DHL)

We use DHL Express for international delivery.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • DHL may act on your behalf for customs clearance and related processing
  • shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities or DHL without prior notice
  • delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed

If delivery is refused, not accepted, or customs clearance is not completed:

  • you remain responsible for all costs reasonably incurred (including shipping, duties, storage, handling, and return charges)
  • a reasonable administrative, handling, or restocking fee may be applied

DHL liability is limited in accordance with applicable international conventions, including the Montreal Convention and the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR).

Optional shipment insurance may be arranged at additional cost.


7. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or not accepted:

  • we may deduct any direct costs reasonably incurred from any refund
  • additional reasonable administrative, handling, or restocking costs may apply
  • where goods are destroyed, abandoned, or not returned to us, no refund will be due


8. Product Care & Lifespan

Wigs and hairpieces are delicate products.

Damage caused by:

  • improper handling
  • incorrect care products
  • failure to follow manufacturer guidance

will not be considered a manufacturing fault.

Typical lifespan (guidance only):

  • synthetic wigs: approximately 6 weeks with proper care
  • human hair wigs: approximately 6 months with daily wear

These timeframes are indicative only and are not guaranteed.


9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

In summary:

  • hygiene restrictions apply to opened or used items
  • faulty goods are covered under your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • custom or personalised items are non-refundable

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.


10. Klarna & Payment Providers

We may offer payment methods through third parties such as Klarna Bank AB.

By selecting these options:

  • your personal data may be shared with the provider
  • approval decisions are made solely by the provider
  • their terms and privacy policies apply

We are not responsible for decisions, agreements, or actions taken by third-party payment providers.


11. Third-Party Services

We may provide access to third-party tools, services, or links.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party websites
  • external services
  • content, availability, or transactions outside our platform

You confirm that:

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
